Simon Gale is the founder and Director of Force Nine Consultancy, bringing more than 20 years of experience delivering complex engineering, technology, and transformation programmes across Aerospace & Defence, Oil & Gas, Energy & Renewables, and Industrial sectors.
A Chartered Engineer with a First Class Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Simon specialises in strategic delivery, PMO transformation, programme recovery, and leadership development within highly regulated and high-performance environments. His experience includes leading major programme portfolios, improving governance frameworks, and supporting organisations through complex business and technology change.
Prior to founding Force Nine Consultancy, Simon held senior leadership and programme delivery roles with organisations including Ceres Power, Air Products, Ernst & Young, and BAE Systems.
